Westlake Villlage Communities

Welcome to Westlake Village. This town is the most affluent in Ventura County. Westlake Village is a master planned community built in the early seventies. At the time, it was one of the largest master planned communities in the country.

The town is known for it’s upscale homes from Westlake Island and lake to North Ranch, Hidden Valley and Lake Sherwood. There are several Public and Private Golf Courses in the area.

Also, Westlake Village is the world headquarters for Dole Pineapple.
